Britney Spears' sleazy former boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, was served with court papers early Saturday morning while half naked at his Burbank home, an order that states he must stay well away from the Circus super star.
A source told E News! that when slapped with the papers 'He was naked from the waist up,' and he wasn't alone, 'he was back living with his estranged wife in Burbank.'
Adnan and Azlynn Berry, who have been married four years, filed for divorce last year when Adnan's affair with Brit became public. However, the source said that Adnan and Azlynn were very much still together.
Britney's attorney filed for a restraining order against the pap claiming they were trying to undermine her conservatortrip, a hearing is scheduled for the February 23rd.
Adnan failed to respond to the story and has yet to make an official comment.
