Since yesterday, the D.A has asked police investigators to dig up more evidence for the case against Chris Brown.
Rihanna has also agreed to cooperate with the police, and the details she's told them so far are spine chilling.
A source close the investigation has been speaking to E! News and says that Rihanna has alleged that Chris Brown tried to choke her as he threatened to kill her.
They began arguing after they left Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party in Chris Brown's silver Lamborghini. Sometime after mid-night, he pulled the car over into a side street in Los Angeles' Hancock Park neighbourhood. According to the source, Rihanna then pulled the keys from the ignition and threw them out of the window, angering Chris Brown further.
According to the insider, when he couldn't find the keys he returned to the car and put his hands around her neck and said 'I'm going to kill you'.
Rihanna told police that she lost consciousness and Chris Brown wasn't present at the scene when she awoke.
Wrigleys were the first to drop Chris Brown from their advertising campaign and now he's also been dropped as the celebrity face of Got Milk? 'The Milk Mustache campaign is taking the allegations against Chris Brown very seriously,' says the Body behind the campaign in a statement.
'We are very proud and protective of the image of the Milk Mustache campaign and the responsible message it sends to teens.'
Some American radio stations are also following suit and have pulled Chris Brown from their track listings.
