| Despite it being the hardest word, saying sorry isn't always nearly enough and somebody wants to teach Disney starlet, Miley Cyrus, a billion dollar lesson. A woman from Los Angeles has filed a class-action law suit against the 16 year old on behalf of L.A.'s Asian Pacific Islander population, who she claims are entitled to civil rights damages because of an infamous image showing Miley and her friend posing with slanted eyes. If Lucie J. Kim is to be believed, she and her million other Asian Pacific Islander's are theoretically entitled to $4,000 each in damages!! The suit, which was filed Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court says Miley 'knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life,' Miley's already tried to smooth the situation over by explaining on her official blog that she was simply pulling a goofy face before writing an apology.
