| Early last weekend, a male civilian from Los Angeles was arrested for allegedly messing with Paris' younger sister Nicky Hilton, who was brushed up outside the International House of Pancakes in Hollywood at 5am. Steve Whitemore, L.A. County sheriff spokesperson, told E! News that the 25 year old heiress was at the front door of the pancake purveyor around 4.50am when she was shoved in the back. 'One of our deputies was in the IHOP...and heard a commotion' he said. 'He went outside to investigate and discovered that Ms. Nicky Hilton was pushed from behind.' Apparently, Nicky was more insulted than injured and placed the man under citizen's arrest, an unnecessary move as a deputy was already present. The man, who has been identified as 50 year old Michael Broadhurst, was taken to a West Hollywood station where he was booked on a misdemeanour battery charge and released later on that afternoon. Michael Broadhurst will face the court room in April 21.
