It's the most anticipated celebrity face off of the decade as two celebrity equivalents of Palestan and Israel are set to collide at the Oscars.
While it's unlikely that Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston will become a threesome anytime soon, there's every chance that Jennifer and Angelina will be running into each other on the red carpet this weekend.
It's been reported that organisers have asked the former Friend star to present a big award at the awards ceremony on Sunday, an offer that the actress is still mulling over.
Earlier this year, Jen avoided dancing with the devil and shied away from the Golden Globes despite starring in the hottest flick out at the time, Marley and Me.
Rumour has it, Jens current beau, John Mayer, is insistent that she attends. A source revealed to Star magazine that John told her 'You’ve got to go. Why do you hide in this town? You have every reason to be there. By presenting at the Oscars, you’ll tell the world: ‘I don’t care about Brad and Angie. I belong here, too.' adding, 'Trust me, even if Brad and Angie both win Oscars, that won’t be the story of the night.' It certainly won't.
Whether Jen shows or not, Angelina will most definitely be attending as she and Brad have both been nominated. Angelina's in the running for Best Actress for her work in The Changeling, while Brad's up for Best Actor for his role in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
There's also every chance that the trio will run into each other on Saturday at the Oscar pre-party. Last year, Brad and Angelina, who was pregnant with twins at the time, avoided the event as Angelina didn't want to hurt Jen's feelings.
