Jacko's Tour May Be Cancelled!

It's BAD! Forget about ill health, Michael Jackson may be forced to cancel his This Is It Tour at the O2 Arena due to legal reasons! The company behind plans for Michael Jackson's tour alongside Janet Jackson's and the rest of the Jackson clan's tour has demanded that preparations for the King of Pop's residency at the O2 cease immediately.

In November last year, the singer's manager signed a deal that promised the star would appear in a Jackson family tour. Unfortunately, the signed and sealed deal stated that Michael Jackson was to refrain from any other concerts for the following 18 months, and, you guessed it, the O2 concerts violate the deal terms!

The icons defence is saying he never signed the family tour deal himself and that his manager did, without his knowledge, however a manager is authorised to act on behalf of their client and that their signature is legally binding.

Despite the legal drama Michael Jackson is continuing to rehearse for his first potential comeback in years and has enlisted the help of Kenny Ortego in the hope of picking up some new dance moves.

Kenny Ortego was the man behind the dance routines featured in High School Musical and it's follow up films, he was also the mastermind behind the unforgettable routines in Dirty Dancing.

It won't be the first time that the two have worked together as the choreographer worked with Michael Jackson on his History world tour. In a statement Kenny Ortega says 'To be invited to partner with him again is a dream come true. He is a creative mastermind and inspires every one of us to climb to new places and conquer new challenges. He is the most significant artist and entertainer of our generation.'

The first show hopefully kicks off on the 8th of July in London and the show is said to have a budget of around $20million. And, if AEG's Randy Phillps is to be believed, Michael Jackson will be performing 18-22 songs and that 'The stage set, choreography, costumes, lighting, effects and overall production will be of the highest standard and are pushing state-of-the-art.' It was rumoured that Sarah Jessica Parker was seeking a divorce from her husband Matthew Boderick, but representatives of the duo announced on Tuesday that the couple are expecting twin girls via surrogate this summer.

Without question, this is biggest celebrity bombshell to have dropped since Chris Brown and Rihanna!

Late last year, reports began to circulate that the only thing keeping the Sex and the City actress and her husband together was their son James, and that the couple’s marriage has been suffering for many years.

In a (2008) July issue of Star Magazine it was reported that Matthew had been texting and meeting a red haired woman half his age. The mystery red head is said to be a youth counsellor and a friend of the woman has claimed her relationship with Matthew turned passionate.

Now it's been revealed that the couple have been attempting to extend their family since the birth of their 6 year old son James, but had been unsuccessful.

'They came to the conclusion that this (surrogacy) was going to be the best alternative for expanding their family,' a friend told Entertainment Weekly.

Sarah Jessica Parker is currently filming romantic comedy Did You Hear About the Morgans? alongside Hugh Grant.

In other news, Chris North has signed on to return as Mr Big in the Sex and the City movie sequel, hooray!

Media personality Lindsay Lohan has been speaking to American chat show host Ellen DeGeneres. Opening up about her recent troubles, Li-Lo admits that she thought breaking up with Samantha Ronson, a celebrity DJ, 'would be so much harder.'

'I had no idea what was going on,' she said in regards to her then relationship, 'I just hadn't seen her in like a week. She like, disappeared.'

Ellen DeGeneres, who has also gone through a break up in the public eye, commented 'I kind of lost my career for a little while and I went away,'

'I went to Ojai, California. I stayed away for three years and I literally hibernated and got myself back together. Do you feel like you want to run away?' she asked the newly single star.

'I feel like I want to get my career back in shape,'

'There are some shows I'm producing that I'm really excited about. I'm doing a movie in October. So it's been nice to just kind of...You know when people are together so much it gets really difficult and you forget who you are because you're more concerned about being with the other person.

'I think (the breakup has) been really good for me. I thought it would be so much harder and it hasn't been...I’ve had great people surrounding me and I’ve just been working every single day.'

The Jade Goody Effect

The life of media personality and reality TV star Jade Goody, who passed away after a long battle with cervical cancer, may now be played out as a musical.

According to the star's friend and former business partner Danny Hayward, her life story is the basis of a new musical and auditions will be held to find someone who can successfully convey the bubbly blondes larger than life persona.

'Jade was just an ordinary girl and the person who plays her will reflect that,' he tells Radio 1 newsbeat. 'The most important thing is to give someone a break, just like she got.' Dates for auditions will be announced in three weeks' time.

Danny Hayward, who was also best man at Jade Goody's wedding to Jack Tweed, also told Radio 1 that he's currently in the process of 'putting together scripts' as well as a 'creative team' to plan the musical.

'Jade was just an ordinary girl and the person who plays her will reflect that,' he added.

'Her dream as a little girl was to be in a musical, so obviously when she passed away it felt fitting to do something like this.'

Sadly, the reality star had no idea about the project as it was devised since her death. In response to those who have accused Danny Hayward of exploiting her death he told the BBC, 'She was tabloid gold. The people have the right to choose their hero.

'If the show continues to raise awareness about cervical cancer, be a good night out and further her legacy, then it's not really hurting anyone.'

American Pie Returns

Last month it was reported that Scrubs actress Tara Reid was set to reprise her role in the upcoming, straight-to-DVD release of American Pie: Book Of Love, the latest continuation of the sexed up, teen movie franchise.

Bruno is looking set for July release and Baron Cohen's long term girlfriend, actress Isla Fisher, says that its guaranteed 'hysterical'. Talking to The Sun, The Confessions of a Shopaholic star said that her partner was at the premiere of her last movie but hadn't come as his fashion reporter character. 'I don't think that would have been appropriate, but I've seen the Bruno movie and it is hysterical.' Foxx Apologises For Miley Cyrus Sex Tape Remark

As mentioned last month, a highly publicised war of words erupted between Radiohead, arguably one of the most successful bands in recent times, and Disney pop tart Miley Cyrus.

The war of words was sparked after Miley begged her manager for an introduction with the band at the Grammy's, but Radiohead blew her off saying 'Yeah, we don't really do that', prompting Miley to leave the show all together.

Miley told JohnJay and Rich on their radio show in Arizona, 'I'd already texted all my friends, we were all freaking out. This is someone who I like would have cried to (have met). Stinkin' Radiohead!' adding, 'I’m gonna ruin them, I’m gonna tell everyone.'

A Radiohead representative has since hit back at the teen singer by saying 'When Miley grows up, she’ll learn not to have a sense of entitlement.'

Then, just when you thought the bizarre feud was yesterday's news, someone called into Jamie Foxx's Sirius radio show, The Foxxhole, and mentioned the incident. Jamie Foxx, along with his studio guests, began to rip into Miley Cyrus.

Although not knowing who Miley Cyrus was to begin with, Jamie Foxx then remembered and referred to her as the girl 'with all the gums!', adding jokingly 'She's got to get a gum transplant… Let me get an order of mouth, light on teeth, heavy on the gums.'

Taking things a step too far, Jamie Foxx and his studio guests told her to make a sex tape. Go 'get like Britney Spears and do some heroin.' they said, adding to do like Lindsay Lohan and 'get some cr**k in your pipe'.

Jamie Foxx has since apologised for his remarks on Jay Leno's Tuesday Tonight Show, 'I so apologize to (Cyrus), and this is sincere,' he began. 'I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don't mean any of it. (Big laugh from the audience). And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far.

'I have a radio show...We're really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn't mean it maliciously. You know I'm a comedian. You know my heart,' he added.

Ronson Puts A Block on Lohan

They've been on and off for most of their relationship but are things really over between Lindsay Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson? The couples latest publicised and nasty attacks on one another certainly suggest so!

According to OK magazine, when Lindsay Lohan arrived at L.A's Bar Marmont where Samantha Ronson was DJ'ing for her sister, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson, she was held back by 5 bouncers at the door.

OK magazine claims that the estranged actress was an uninvited guest with the former knowledge that she wasn't welcome, but still tried to gatecrash the event anyway. Sources told OK that the doorman were under strict instructions to not let her in under any circumstances. The magazine reads:

'The party officially ended at 11pm on Friday, but an hour later, Sam was still spinning records inside, while Charlotte, their brother Mark — whose band played an hour-long set at the event — and their mom, Ann Dexter Jones partied on.

But just as expected, Linds still showed up, only to be 'restrained from coming in by five security guards,' according to an onlooker. 'Lindsay knew she was unwanted, but came anyway, to no avail,' said another source.

We Will Have Sex In 2010

That's right! Carrie Bradshaw, Samantha Jones, Charlotte York and Miranda Hobbes will be returning to the big screen summer 2010!

Box office tracking firm Exhibitor Relations noted that the big screen sequel is scheduled for cinematic release on May 28, 2010.

Carrie Bradshaw and friends will be facing stiff competition from Jake Gyllenhaal's highly anticipated, big budget adventure Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which is scheduled for release on the same day.

Last years Sex and the City, a wide window for the 1998-2004 HBO series, grossed $415million worldwide off a $65million budget.

Writer/director Michael Patrick King, who wrote Sex and the City 2008, has already signed and sealed the deal for the 2010 sequel, along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristen Davis and Cynthia Nixon.

On Sunday Night, 30 Days of Night actor Josh Hartnett was seen getting into the back of an ambulance outside the Chateau in West Hollywood. The star was then taken from the hotel to Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in Beverly Hills. It's now surfaced that the actor was hospitalised after complaining of severe stomach cramps. His publicist, Susan Patricola, told E! that he was out on Sunday at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont when he began 'suffering from a flare of a gastrointestinal problem that plagued him while he was starring in the West End of London during the production of Rain Man,' for which he had to take a few days rest. Susan Patricola added that he got into the back of the ambulance unaided at about 1:45am and was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Centre. 'He is under observation but is resting comfortably,' she said. In other news, as well as filming for upcoming movies End Zone and Queen of the South, Josh Hartnett has been making a merry ass of himself. After one too many at the Narcisco Rodriguez fashion show after-party at the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York, Hartnett stumbled into a nearby empty booth, sending numerous glasses of champagne crashing. New York magazine, who witnessed the whole thing, then asked the actor if he'd be willing to entertain their questions, to which he replied: 'Sure. I mean, okay … actually, no.' Oh. Paris Hilton Assaulted

Whilst we love Paris Hilton and her oversized, bug-eye shades, it seems as though not everyone feels Miss Hilton should receive the special treatment.

Last week at LIV nightclub in the Fontainebleau Hotel situated on Miami beach, Paris Hilton was assaulted by a bodyguard after trying to request a song.

Swedish spinner , Steve Angello, felt the socialite was a little too close for comfort and his bodyguard promptly pushed her away, at which point Paris Hilton's current squeeze, Doug Reinhardt, intervened.

According to Paris Hilton, Steve Angello's techno line up was giving her a headache so she approached the booth to ask for something more dance floor friendly, Daft Punk or Bob Sinclair perhaps. On her MySpace blog she writes:

'(The DJ) was so unbelieveably rude and all because I asked to play one good song,'

'Then out of nowhere his bodyguard (don't ask me why he has a bodyguard, like he really needs one. Ha) pushed me really hard, that's when my boyfriend, like my knight in shining armor, stepped in and told the guy to keep his hands off me.'

Dough Reinhardt told E! News, 'I was just protecting my girlfriend,'

'The DJ's bodyguard pushed Paris. I stepped in. He tried to push me and manhandle me.'

Steve Angello has also been speaking out about the incident, this time on social networking site Twitter: 'For someone who claims to make records...don't come into a booth and ask me to play hip hop and then have your doorman slap me,' meow!

All parties concerned are now fine and no charges will be filed.

Liquored Lance Armstrong

It's surfaced that as well as breaking his collarbone, Lance Armstrong broke the patience of passengers and crew on the plane that took him back to the USA after his unfortunate accident in Spain.

The Tour de France champion was involved in a pile up during the first stage of five-day-race. The pile up occurred approximately 12.5miles from the finish line in La Vuelta de Castilla y Leon. It was immediately apparent that Armstrong was in a lot of pain and he was rushed into an ambulance that took him to the Carrion hospital in Palencia.

During his flight home, Armstrong was apparently liquored-up and getting on the last nerve of his fellow passengers. One witness describe him as 'such an asshole,' adding, 'He was so wasted on painkillers, and he drank a lot. It was just obnoxious.'

So how much did he drink exactly? 'Enough to be cut off,' a witness told Comcast Entertainment.

In response to the passenger remarks, Mark Higgins, Armstrong's representative said: 'I can tell you that the only thing your source has right is that he was in a sling. On the way off the plane he took a photo with one of the tending first class attendants. I hope all is well.'

Either way, he can do no wrong in our eyes.

Madonna To Adopt AGAIN!

While most us will be picking out a new pair of shoes this payday weekend, Madonna will be making her way to Melawi to pick out a new baby.

Undeterred by the controversy that surrounded her last adoption of her son David Banda in 2006, adoption officials have confirmed that her Madgesty will be returning to Africa to adopt a second child.

A representative from the Malawi welfare department says that Madonna has already filed adoption papers in the country and that her case could co before the courts as soon as Monday. Liz Rosenberg, Madonna's rep, had no comment to make on the reports.

'We expect her over the weekend or earlier than that…but without a doubt she is coming before the end of this month,' an official from the nation's Ministry of Gender and Child Development told Reuters.

David Banda's father confirmed to the news agency that he'd soon be in contact with his son, 'Someone from Raising Malawi visited me last week and told me that my son may be visiting me sometime next week,' he said, adding 'I am delighted, I want to see my son.'

Earlier this month, Madonna told Malawi's Nation newspaper: 'Many people—especially our Malawian friends—say that David should have a Malawian brother or sister,'

'It's something I have been considering, but would only do if I had the support of the Malawian people and government.'

Here's an idea, why doesn't she just buy an entire African village full of kids?
