The 23 year old stormed out of an interview with America Idol host Ryan Seacrest after he questioned his relationship with Kristen Stuart two minutes into the chat. The interview took place in Los Angeles on Monday night in a portable studio, to which Robert Pattinson attended with his publicist. He answered questions in regards to his fans and the popularity of the vampire franchise, but the mood soon changed when Ryan Seacrest quizzed him about his relationship with Kristen Stewart. Lost for words, the star looked to his publicist for guidance who according to Daily Star replied, ‘No I’m sorry, lets go’. ‘You can’t ask that question to the guy? It’s his co-star! It’s a fair question. I was cut off for the first time ever!’ Ryan Seacrest responded. Robert Pattinson then left the studio, but not before adding ‘Watch New Moon, It’s amazing!’ In New magazine this week Robert Pattinson says of his co-star‘I had an immediate connection with Kristen when we did our first screen test. I expected her to play Bella differently to how she did. I thought she was going to play her as a real damsel in distress and I couldn’t be the Prince Charming to some dippy girl. But I discovered Kristen is tough, smart and a good actress. I’m lucky to be working with her every day’.
