Robert Pattinson does AnOther Man

It's always exciting to see our favourite vampire on the front cover of a magazine, especially when all we've has is Jake Rathbone (Jasper Hale) and his minor injury!

Doing AnOther Man this month is Robert Pattinson, who insists he's no 'attention-seeker,' and that he doesn't find 'any particular pleasure' in being the latest Hollywood phenomenon. 'I don't want to be an actor for the sake of it,' he stresses.

Robert Pattinson also reveals that he struggled to find a copy of the novel Twilight, that rose his name to international stardom, in UK bookshops before his audition.

'It's strange because even though the figures show that the books were successful and sold millions of copies, you couldn't even buy them in London,' he claims.

'I tried a couple of bookshops and they weren't available. Hardly anyone I knew had read them apart from one girl, a friend of my sister,' he continues, adding 'I don't think even the production company had any idea the extent of the success they had on their hands until the weekend of its release.'

The sultry star also claims that acting is 'the hardest thing' he has ever had to do, 'Annoyingly, there are so few parts I feel I can add anything to, or that I want to do.' he gripes.

In other news, Jackson Rathbone was rushed to the emergency room this week after he was injured on set.

'Actor Jackson Rathbone of the Twilight Saga movies, was slightly injured yesterday during a fight scene rehearsal. As a precaution, he was driven to the hospital and checked out by a doctor. He's fine and is back at work on the set of Eclipse today.' Summit Entertainment confirmed in an official statement following the incident, and so the show goes on.
