Reports circulating online claim that Transformers actress Megan Fox has turned down the opportunity to become a Bond Girl opposite Daniel Craig in the next 007 film, which is simply known as Bond 23.
Neither shaken or stirred, a source told told Showbiz Spy 'Megan might be interested in a villainous role if it was a central part of the movie but she is not interested in being just your usual type of Bond girl,' a source revealed. 'She did consider an approach but she won’t be doing Bond while she’s so busy with other projects. She might consider it again in a few years time.'
She wouldn't be the first actress to have turned down the role of playing the object of Bond's affections, Sienna Miller, Angelina Jolie, Charlize Theron and Rachel McAdams all shrugged off the role of Vesper Lynd, that eventually went to Eva Green, in the 2006 flick Casino Royale.
Not so, Megan Fox's representative tells People magazine, 'The report about Megan Fox turning down a Bond movie is completely not true. There have been no discussions nor any offers. Megan is a fan of the Bond movies.'
Meanwhile, in an interview documented by Live Journal, Adam Brody has been commenting on comedy-horror Jennifer's Body and his Foxy co-star.
'I love this movie.' he says, 'I can't speak highly enough about it. It's Diablo so there's humour and the whole thing is couched in metaphor, which is always great because somehow zombie movies have gotten away from that. I can't wait for people to see it. I don't have the biggest part in it, but in terms of the movie as a whole, every performance is uniformly good.
Speaking about Megan Fox, the former O.C star says, 'She looks great in this movie. She's not all Michael Bay'd (director of Transformers) out. She's really pretty, with less make up and smaller hair. She's really good-looking in this movie and it's the most vulnerable you've seen her so far. She's got an in-your-face personality. She's very much a take it or leave it girl. She comes full of attitude but I'll take a personality like that over something safe and vanilla.'
