Speaking on Twitter a couple of weeks ago, Chris Brown announced that his first comeback show would be held in New Jersey on October 27, alongside a whole host of celebrity performers.
The month long tour begins in November at The House of Blues in Houston and will touch down in similar venues in 19 cities across the country. Small theatres have been encouraged to attract a fan only atmosphere, say tour organisers.
Chris Brown was sentenced to 5 years probation and community service in August after a bloody attack on Rihanna. He has since made a public apology, but has remained out of the media spotlight.
Russian Roulette, her first single since the terrible incident, tells the story of women faced with a game of Russian roulette. In the lyrics she sings, ’you can see it through my chest, that I’m terrified, but I’m not leaving, I know that I must pass this test, so just pull the trigger’ clearly based upon leaving a violent relationship.
